I just want to thank everyone for bringing me into this group. I have been wanting and needing desperately to lose weight and I need all the help I can get. I just feel like my body isn't my own anymore. It's large and flabby and I feel gross in my own skin. I feel bad for letting myself get this way, I am so out of shape now that I can't even jog one loop around a track. I have such trouble with self-motivation and honestly I have pretty poor self control around food. I am looking forward to getting to know you all, so don't hesitate to talk to me.
